1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must not be marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to the return address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that:
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If you paid for expedited shipping, that charge will not be refunded.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us at info@neominternationalllc.com with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange. We will provide instructions for the exchange process.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the item at no cost. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after opening.
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
7. Cancellations

Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow our return process once the item arrives.
